Christmas gathering with anniversary celebrations
Shortly before Christmas, the Göpfert family invited their employees to their traditional Christmas gathering. In a festive yet relaxed atmosphere, the focus was on personal exchanges, a speech by president Karl F. Göpfert and the honouring of long-standing employees.
A total of 55 employees were honoured for their long-standing loyalty and commitment – a clear sign of the strong bond between the workforce and the company.
In his speech, Karl F. Göpfert recalled that he had given his first Christmas speech exactly 50 years ago. With almost 500 employees, Göpfert is a major employer in the region. Despite the tense economic situation and critical conditions, he looked to the future with confidence: the company is well positioned and has a solid order backlog for the coming months.
The Christmas gathering was given a special setting by the company’s 75th anniversary. Over mulled wine, punch and bratwurst, everyone looked back on the successful development and brought the year to a close in a pleasant atmosphere.
