We will charge a fee of € 200,– plus working time (€ 50,– per 15 minutes) for the use of the hotline / service outside our normal working hours.
We would like to ask you to use the service numbers and our hotline outside our normal working hours only in case of emergencies, e.g. machine breakdowns
Inquiries, for example for trainings or spare part orders will be charged with a fee of € 200,– plus working time (€ 50,– per 15 minutes) .

Our hotline will be available for urgent service matters.
You can reach them during the mentioned service times.
Spare parts will not be dispatched during the specified closed days (except in the event of a machine downtime).
