For the supply of a complete production line that is more profitable in its entirety.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6pfert presented with the G-Cut flat-bed die cutter a line of fully automatic die-cutters, which are available in 3 sizes:<\/p>\n<p>1100 x 1850 mm, 1300 x 1850 mm and 1300 x 2100 mm.<\/p>\n<p>The new machine boasts all the features a modern flat-bed die cutter can have, from an efficient set-up with chase loader, tool-less cutting form clamping to an automatic print to cut registration system.<\/p>\n<p>And even optionally with an integrated trim chopper that ensures a trouble-free high- performance production process.<\/p>\n<p>Whether the G-Cut is configured as a stand-alone die cutter or in-line with a flexo printer, G\u00f6pfert can provide a complete line solution from prefeeder to the automatic palletizer! Everything out of one hand and with the choice of configuring the G-Cut with the set-while-run high boardline Ovation or the open close workhorse Impression flexo printer. Whichever the choice, both printers offer best in class print quality.<\/p>\n<p>The G-Cut is equipped as a standard with the oscillating suction plate feeder that ensures precise feed with a motorized gripper edge adjustment. Pre-setting of the motorized side guides, front and back stop are standard. Should pre-print be part of the mix of products, the G-Cut can be equipped with the optional servo driven Register Feeder with automatic print to cut control, which accurately aligns the printed sheet in running and cross direction, as well as skew. Precise sensors read printed marks on the board entry edge and control either bottom or top printed sheets, sensors above and below the sheet allow either print side. The Register Feeder design impresses with its ergonomic open-close design allowing generous accessibility to the feed unit and G-Cut main drive for maintenance purposes.<\/p>\n<p>The design of the platen is made to be compatible with most tooling. The die form chase is equipped with the Centerline II registration system, allowing precise tool alignment and automatic clamping of both the form and cutting plate.<\/p>\n<p>Another new development is our G-Lift that helps the operators to handle the heavy die cutting tools.<\/p>\n<p>No compromise is made on set-up efficiency, which is why the chase loader is part of the standard scope of supply of every G-Cut. The operation of the machine is easy and even includes a highly accurate servo-driven nip adjustment, a feature that not only translates to automatic set-up capability but even allows die cutting tool wear to be monitored. Also the stripping unit includes a motorized clamping system to ease and cut set-up time.<\/p>\n<p>Like with any G\u00f6pfert, operator friendliness and shorter setup is gained with an automatic sample sheet extraction. In case of the G-Cut, a programmed stop and automatic gripper bar release allows operators to easily remove a sample sheet for setup and quality control purposes.<\/p>\n<p>At the delivery side of the G-Cut a bundle stacker with a non-stop fork system and zero feed interrupt creates perfectly aligned bundles. Bundle size is preselected on the touch screen display of the machine and the format specific bundle stack stops are of course pre-set by the CNC control system.<\/p>\n<p>Bundles with multiple joined outs can be efficiently separated and automatically palletized on the\u00a0 Corrpal Systems material handling system.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the flexibility of Corrpal Systems we are able to meet your requirement and provide you a customized stack to stack solution, which fits in \u201calmost\u201d every \u201cbrownfield plant\u201d.
